"I booked and pre paid for a taxi for a very special trip for my mum's birthday for my family. The venue is an hour and a half away hence the reason I pre booked. I spoke with a driver during the day and all was confirmed. At the point our taxi was due I received an email cancelling our trip. I was told the driver had broke down but i know this was not the case because i spoke with the driver an di could hear he was driving in the back. I asked for a different driver to be sent to be told this was not possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE WILLING TO LET YOU DOWN AT THE LAST MINUTE!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!"
