Firstly the ease of booking the relevant journey to and from was great and the site was easy to navigate. Unfortunately this great experience was eclipsed by the remainder of the experience, which was shockingly bad. We thought we’d ordered a Passat or equivalent vehicle and a ford transit turned up. Secondly we arranged to text the driver where to be picked up, which we did without response. From our original pick up time of 615pm through to 715pm we spoke with the driver 4-5 times to arrange alternative pick up points as he was struggling with road closures. Eventually after an hour in driving wind and rain we had to arrange alternative travel arrangements. I do not expect this return journey to be charged. Although I was told by the operator at MMA I would be. Shocked by the whole poor experience by MMA. Many thanks, "

"When we arrived at Manchester airport we could not find the our taxi. when we called MMA taxis nobody answered the first few times so we had to wait in the cold & rain untill MMA answered. Who then gave me another number call who then took my number to give the taxi driver so he could call me. So there was a lot of time spent doing this. Maybe next time give the customers and taxi a meeting point. & give the customers & taxi driver eacthother others direct phone numbers before hand. Other then that everything was fine."

"I paid for a meet and greet for my Mum as she arrived back in the UK in the early hours of the morning. Unfortunately, there was no M&G and when I spoke to the driver he said he had parked off site and could my Mum walk and meet him. I did not think this was acceptable for a pensioner to be walking away from the terminal and car parks at 2.30am to try and find the taxi. I had to ask him to go into the drop off car park so my Mum could meet him there - which he charged an extra £3 for (total cost of the booking should include all tolls and parking). Additionally, when I went to amend pick up as flight was delayed, the contact number stated the office hours were Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm - not very helpful when you have booked out of these hours. I did manage to find another number and was able to speak to someone to make sure the taxi would be on time. They were very helpful. Overall, very disappointing."
