"We actually had to stay at different hotels so needed to change pickup location. Phoned number, had to leave message as no answer after several tries, did the online change through the app. However nothing worked so driver went to wrong hotel. Phoned him and he couldn't have been more helpful and came to get us at right hotel with no complaints. Lovely chap as well."
