"Due to us not knowing the area and the road being closed due to the amount of people leaving venue we did have an issue with meeting the driver at designated point. But the driver went out of his way to find us by foot to take us back to his car. Couldn't fault the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again."
"The website mentioned I would get a second email with confirmation but did not get so I called to find out.
Also said the driver would be with a sign waiting but when called to confirm the said that would be extra 10 pounds, which I agreed to and still was recommended to wait for the drivers call to meet in the parking. Which I did and was fine.
Having said these 2 things I requested the service only 12 hours before so I am very thank fui that it took place in that short notice. Thank you"
